Requirements

Experience

3 months of travel experience is required from any number of months.

24 months of Physical Therapy experience is required with some in the last 24 months.

Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 references from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role

Additional Details:

Guaranteed Hours: 36

Monday to Friday

1 weekend Sat-Sun per month as scheduled -Ok our shift is days 8-5 Sun-Sat, each therapist including agency does 1 weekend a month Sat-Sun, hours are adjusted to 40 hrs.

The other weeks are M-F. OP and acute mix caseload. If they work a weekend we adjust the M-F to maintain 40 hrs with time off during the week. Our productivity is 10 patients a day with no OT unless prior approval.

Must have Inpatient and Outpatient Experience.

Must have at least one year of Peds PT experience if working in Peds.

Required Education: -Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy.

Preferred Education: -Doctorate in Physical Therapy.
