Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Must have at least 12 months of Telemetry Unit experience.

Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 charge/lead references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Kansas license or compact license

Certifications

BLS (Required)

ACLS (Required)

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: Must have some experience with TR Band's straight from procedure, some experience with Cardiac Drips (Olathe mainly does, Heparin some Butamax, Lasix and Cardizem) and has some experience with the Tikosyn/Sotalol iniation process

Preferred Skills/Experience: 2-5 years of Tele experience

Unit/Facility Details: Orientation Requirements: THP will attend the fist 2 days of orientation at the KUKC Campus

Special Requests: Will be required to work either Thanksgiving Eve, Thanksgiving, or Day after Thanksgiving, as well as Christmas Eve or Christmas Day, and New Years Eve or New Years Day. (must choose 1 day to work from each holiday)

Shift & Scheduling: Start Date: 11/17 or 12/1

Weekend Rotation: Every Other Required
