Requirements

Experience

18 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Must have at least 18 months of Cardiovascular Operating Room experience.

6 months of experience with Epic is required from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Ohio license or compact license

Certifications

BLS (Required)

Vaccinations

Additional Details:

**Required Skills/Experience:** Clinicians must have at least 18 months of permanent full-time staff experience in the specialty applying to prior to having ever traveled.

Scrub heart experience

Preferred Skills/Experience: Open Heart and Vascular experience

Required Credentials: 1 Reference must be from the most recent place of employment.

ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate will be completed during orientation, an acceptable score on both assessments is required.

Government-Issued Photo ID required; Must carry while on assignment.

Unit/Facility Details: Facility has a strict do not call policy

Shift & Scheduling: Traveler must work at least every other holiday
