Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Travel experience is preferred from any number of months.

Must have at least 12 months of Critical Care Float Pool experience within the past 12 months.

Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Minnesota license

Additional Details:

An interview with the unit manager may not be available prior to offer. If you do not interview with the unit manager, you may interview with a third-party clinical nurse manager.

Required Skills/Experience: Minimum Experience: 1 year minimal acute care experience preferably withing critical care.

Preferred Skills/Experience: Preference to have Critical Care experience within the past 3 years.

Required Credentials: Required Education: Associate Degree or Certificate

Special Requests: Can submit with a block scheduling request - The facility will always try and honor, but never guarantee.

Shift & Scheduling: Day and Night – week rotation

Weekend/Holiday Requirements: 2 out of 4 weekends, Every other holiday

Floating Requirements: Float Requirements: will float between critical care units - possible float to lower acuity units based on census and need

Float pool requirement from Critical Care, Cardiac ICU and IMC units.
