Requirements
Experience
12 months of role experience is required from last 3 months.
12 months of Infusion Center experience is preferred from last 3 months.
3 months of experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.
References
Candidates must provide 2 manager/supervisor references from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a Michigan license
Certifications
BLS (Required)
ONS (Required)
Vaccinations

Additional Details:
This position has basic knowledge of pathophysiology of cancer and is able to assess, plan, implement and evaluate care for these special patients.
40 Hour Guarantee
Infusion Experience - Highly Preferred, can consider ICU/ED
Oncology Experience - Highly Preferred
