Experience
12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
24 months of Emergency Department experience is required.
References
Candidates must provide 2 charge/lead references from any number of months in order to be considered for this role

Shift and scheduling:

All jobs with a 12 hour schedule have the option of a 36 or 48 hour work week.

No Block Scheduling.

Holiday and weekend availability needed.

Special Requirements

Current Ascension employees cannot apply for travel roles. Candidates need to have employment separation for at least 6 months to be considered for a travel position.

In order to receive travel rate, clinician’s claimed residence must match address on drivers license.

Ascension Health does not accept vaccine/TDAP declinations.

Required skills/experience:

Emergency Department in Critical Access Hospital/ RN needs knowledge of mixing medications as there is no pharmacy after 4pm on week days and no pharmacy on weekends./ RN needs knowledge of Bipap and other respiratory functions as there is no respiratory department.

ID requirements Driver's License/State ID Driver License is required for RN/LPN/PTs working on a compact license.
