Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

9 months of Psychiatric Unit experience is required from the last 12 months.

3 months of experience with Meditech is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a South Carolina license or compact license

Additional Details:

Roles requiring state licensure only: Cannot have any licensure hits.

Must have at least 9 months of same unit experience in the past 12 months, no exceptions.

Shift & Scheduling: Scheduling special requirements: 12-hr shifts | Rotating Weekends | Weekends = Sat & Sun

Floating Requirements: Floating policy: Will float between adolescent and adult departments

Required Skills/Experience: Patient Experience requirements: Values patient experience

Years of Experience Required: 1+ year(s) of Behavioral Health experience (adult and/or adolescent)

Requested Skill Set: Proficient in medication administration, restraint application, restraint documentation, seclusion documentation, blood/lab collection, blood glucose monitoring, and verbal de-escalation.

Procedures/Diagnostics/Treatments Performed on Unit: Procedures performed on unit: Minimum wound care.
