Requirements

Experience

24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Travel experience is required from any number of months.

12 months of Ambulatory Clinic experience is required with some in the last 24 months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 references from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Michigan license

Certifications

BLS (Required)

Vaccinations

Shift Notes: M-TH 8-4:30PM and Friday half day.

2 years LPN Clinic experience - Required.

BLS-AHA or ARC- Required

Must have completed a travel assignment - Required

They will be doing the duties as listed but also there is a need for what they call working the Phone Room where they would answer the phones and then put in cases for the providers in the office.
