Travel Allied (Surgical Tech) - Operating Room

RTO must be listed at time of submission.

All positions at Providence Health & Services require that any and all lab items requested during onboarding be completed within 72 hours of signing a contract - no exceptions. This means candidates must be responsive and willing to go to a lab to complete health orders ASAP after signing. Failure to comply may lead to a pushed start or cancellation as assessed by the facility.

References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years.

Shift Times: 0630-1700 or 0830-1900

Types of Cases Experience Required: Ortho, Lap, General, and Neuro.

Types of Cases Experience Preferred: Total Joints, Craniotomy, and Brain/Spine preferred

Weekend Required: Could be asked to flex to weekend day with advance notice.

On Call Requirement: In 13 weeks a CST is required to take call it can be up to 6-8 weekday nights (21-07) and 6-8 12 hour shifts (07-19 or 19-07).

Scrub Color: Any Color; Surgical Services/SPT: Provided

Parking Cost: No fee

RTO: Aya Offer: < 5 Days. Client Offer: > 5 Days. *Anything more than 5 Days will potentially delay your offer while we run approval by the client. To minimize turn around, please limit total RTO requests.

Background Policy to be noted prior to submission: Please notify of BG or Nursys hits at time of submittal; can submit with BG/Nursys hits, but must present to client for written approval.

Return Staff Policy: 3 month rule to return as traveler.

Minimum of 2 supervisory references covering 1 year (6 months for CNA’s) of employment total within the last three years within a comparable specialty/setting that they are booked. This can include Charge RNs and Leads.
