Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required from any number of months.

24 months of Intermediate Care Unit experience is required from any number of months.

Experience with Cerner is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 manager/supervisor references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Wisconsin license or compact license

Additional Details:

Every other week

Every other holiday

Call Requirement: Only for low census or if picking up.

Float Requirements: For low census to task only for ED/UC or PACU. No patient assignment.

RTO: Only 1 major holiday

Experience with adults & peds required.

ICU experience required.

Candidate must be willing to care for ICU, IMC, and med surg patient at any given time.

Ratio guidelines ICU 1:1-3, IMC 1:4, med surg 1:5-6. Based on patient acuity this changes.
