Requirements
Experience
12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
3 months of travel experience is required from any number of months.
Must have at least 24 months of Neonatal Intensive Care Unit experience.
Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.
References
Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a Wisconsin license or compact license

Vaccinations
Flu vaccination required. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

Additional Details:

Shift & Scheduling: Weekend Requirements: Every other weekend

Floating Requirements: The traveler will be asked to float to PCU & ICU units throughout the facility; with occasional float to Med Surg.

Unit Details: Drips: epinephrine, norepinephrine, dopamine Less than 22 week to 46 week neonatal patients

Special Requests: Winter holidays: Required to work 2 of 3 (Christmas, New Years, or Thanksgiving) Limit of 1 day request off between 11/26/25-11/30/25 and 12/23/25-1/2/26 for all travelers regardless of holidays worked.

Required Skills/Experience: Must be comfortable with >22 week to 46 week neonatal patients

Preferred Credentials: BLS AHA Preferred; Will also accept ARC or US Military certificates.
