Requirements
Experience
12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
36 months of Nurse Management experience is required.
References
Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a Maine license or compact license

Additional Details:

𝗦𝗵𝗶𝗳𝘁 & 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗱𝘂𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴:

7:00 pm to 7:30 am. Shift days might vary + call rotation.

Shifts will be variable with call rotation required for this role.

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀/𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲:

Must have had previous supervisor, manager or coordinator experience, 3 - 5 years.

(3) Years progressive management/leadership experience required.

𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗰𝗲𝗱𝘂𝗿𝗲𝘀/𝗗𝗶𝗮𝗴𝗻𝗼𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗰𝘀/𝗧𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗲𝗱 𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁:

The Nursing Supervisor coordinates and organizes personnel and other resources to meet the patient care functions of the organization, in a cost-effective manner. Collaborates to provide crisis management, interpret policy and procedure, and assure timely and effective communication and collaboration between individuals and department.

𝗣𝗿𝗲𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀/𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲:

(5) Years progressive management/leadership.

Previous experience as a Charge Nurse, Unit Coordinator or Director preferred.
