Requirements
Experience
24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
Travel experience is preferred from any number of months.
Must have at least 24 months of Outpatient Clinic experience with 12 months within the past 3 years.
References
Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role
Candidates must provide 1 reference from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a Michigan license
Certifications
BLS (Required)
Vaccinations

Preferred Skills/Experience: Experience in Primary Care and Pediatrics.
Required Credentials:
