Eligibility as Current/Previous Employee: Cannot have worked at any CommonSpirit location within the last 12 months.
Required Skills/Experience:
Required Credentials: RN's - Pass/Fail exam on Friday during orientation. OPEN BOOK exam on skills learned - they are given all necessary resources to pass. Must receive a 90% to pass or they will be terminated.
Unit and facility details: Nurse Patient Ratios: 1:4, 1:3 for post surgical patients in the first 24 hours.
Shift & Scheduling: Weekend Requirements: Every other.
Floating Requirements: Will float to all same level and lower levels of acuity.
References: At least one reference must be from the same unit/specialty as the job you're applying to.
