Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

12 months of Cardiovascular Operating Room experience is required with some in the last 24 months.

ASN completion required

3 months of experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from any number of months in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 reference from any number of months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Michigan license

Certifications

BLS (Required)

Additional Details:

0600-1430 or 0600-1630, Must be available one weekend per month, must take 24 of call per month Schedule flexible between 5-8's, 4-10's, and 3-12's with a 6 am start time.

Cardiac Experience Required: Must Have At Least 1 Year Of Prior Cardiac Or Experience In A Hospital Setting.

Cardiac Scrub Experience Is Required.

Must Be Able To Assist With Other Surgical Cases When No Cardiac Cases Are Scheduled

Must Have Experience With: CABG7 (Coronary Artery Bypass Grafting) Heart Valve Replacements/repairs Lima/rima (Left/right Internal Mammary Artery Grafting) Atrial Appendage Clipping Lead Extractions

Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) Preferred
