Resume: Each employment history entry must include all the following: detailed duties, hospital size, unit size, trauma level (if applicable), patient ratio, teaching facility. Any employment gaps greater than 30 days must be explained. RN must read own tele, also have monitor tech as well.
Experience Requirement: Floating experience does not count toward experience requirement. Correctional facility experience does not count toward experience requirement.
Previous Employment Requirements: Cannot have an employment gap in the past 4+ months.
Required Skills/Experience: Trauma Level I/II in the past three years. Level III or CAH not acceptable experience. Trauma Level: Level 3 trauma (ER ran like a level 1), STEMI and Stroke receiving- will ship out if stroke intervention required.
Procedures/Diagnostics/Treatments Performed on Unit: Common diagnoses/Types of patients: Any and all emergency needs.
Unit/Facility Details: # of Beds/Trauma Bays: 52 with 4 trauma bays.
Special Requests: No blocked scheduling requests. Travel pairs cannot request the same schedule.
Shift & Scheduling: Modified self-scheduling. 4 weekends shifts per 4 week block. Holiday Requirements: Typically 2 of the 5 (count the eves).
Floating Requirements: Shared schedule with Foothills- typically scheduled ahead of time, infrequent last-minute floating.
