Requirements

Experience

24 months of role experience is required from last 12 months.

Must have at least 9 months of Progressive Care Unit experience within the past 12 months.

3 months of experience with Meditech is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 charge/lead references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Tennessee license or compact license

Additional Details:

This is an “Auto Offer” position. You will likely not interview with the facility prior to receiving an offer. However, an interview can be facilitated upon request. This request should be made upon submission.

Scheduling requirements: Work every other weekend, 36 hours week, will fill in scheduling needs

Traveler are First to float

Patient Experience requirements: Pain, Communication and Responsiveness

Must Pass EKG

Must have: experience with Post-Op CABGs, vascular and general cardiac patient population. Must have knowledge of cardiac drips/titrations and electrolyte replacement. Must have experience with management of Chest Tubes, Epicardial Pacing Wires, and TR Bands.
