Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required from any number of months.

12 months of travel experience is required from any number of months.

24 months of Postpartum experience is required from last 3 years.

Experience with Epic is required from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 references from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must have a Wisconsin license or compact license

Additional Details:

Shift Times: 8D - 12D could be considered upon request at the time of submission - must note in cue.

Guaranteed Hours per week: 36

Weekend Requirement: Every 4th weekend.

Float Requirement: as needed in skillset

The lactation team provides feeding support for all delivered newborns born at Meriter in the Well Newborn Nursery, NICU, and outpatient settings. Additionally, the Lactation Consultant responds to help line phone calls through a warmline available for all discharges families.
