Requirements

Experience

24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Must have at least 36 months of Operating Room experience with 9 months within the past 12 months.

Experience with Meditech is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Idaho license or compact license

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: Trauma Experience. Shift and call flexibility.

Preferred Skills/Experience: Burn Experience. Robotic Experience. Neuro Experience.

Shift & Scheduling: Rotate weekend call every four weeks, call utilized to fill evening/night staffing holes M-R and is evenly distributed among team. Typical call shifts are 2, 4, 8 or 12 hours. Every attempt is made to not schedule more than 60 hours of work and call combined in a week.
