Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Travel experience is preferred from any number of months.

10 months of Physical Therapy experience is required with some in the last 24 months.

Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 reference from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role

License

Schedule: Monday - Friday

No weekends nor call

July start date preferred.

OP Neuro experience preferred.

1st time traveler considered with prior experience and comfortable with OP setting.

Clinician to Patient Ratio: 1/1

Patient Age Groups: Adults

Patient Diagnoses: General Neuro patients progressive and nonprogressive neurologic diagnosis; concussion, vestibular

RTO required with submission.
