Requirements

Experience

24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

24 months of Psychiatric Unit experience is required with some in the last 24 months.

6 months of experience with Epic is required from last 12 months.

License

Candidates must have a Ohio license or compact license

Certifications

BLS (Required)

CPI (Required)

Vaccinations

RNs only - Must have have graduated from an accredited nursing school.

Must have an accredited degree through the ACEN or CCNE to be considered

RNs only- Will draw own labs- must have 2+ years or recent experience in drawing blood

Interviews are required

RTO due at submission

Block schedules will be accepted on a case-by-case basis

Candidates must be available to work Friday night through Monday night if they are interested in a block schedule

Patients are mostly over 60 yrs old, dementia, depression or suicidal

Must be willing to float within your scope of practice and can be floated to Med/Surg units as helping hands
