Travel Nurse (RN) - Cardiac Cath Lab

Additional Details:

BJC policy: Every other weekend required.

RNs only - Clinicians who obtained RN degree outside of the U.S. and do not hold MO/IL/Compact license require extended licensing and compliance timeframe.

No medical marijuana cards accepted.

Shift & Scheduling: -rotating day off. -Some weekend and holiday call required -Weekend REQ: Some evening, weekend and holiday call coverage required. -Is on-call REQ? Y What is the req? 10 shifts/month 24/7

Floating Requirements: Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? Yes, required to float between Memorial Belleville and Memorial East/Shiloh as need

Special Requests: Open to accommodating block schedule? No

Required Skills/Experience: Special Requirements: radial access -TR bands experience preference sheath pulls required

Types of Patients on Unit: Adults

Procedures/Diagnostics/Treatments Performed on Unit: Patient Diagnoses: left heart cath PCI, pacemakers, ICDs, ASD PFO closures, AP, ablations Vascular experience required: AIF, stents, fistulas, TEE, TILTS, cardioversions Special Procedures/Unit Details: radial access -TR bands experience preference Distal radial access

Equipment Used on Unit: volcano system (IFR and IVUS) - strongly preferred

Previous Employment Requirements: -Return Staff Policy (ex: gone 1 yr or 6 months to return as traveler) – -Permanent employees at must wait 1 year before returning to any BJC facility as a traveler. -All Standard Travelers (reside outside of a 75 mile radius) can stay for an 18 month period. Must take a 3 month break after 18 months.
