12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

24 months of Physical Therapy experience is required from last 12 months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role

Saco office, York county coverage

M-F, monthly w/e rotation with flex day.

Must have reliable transportation.

Must find housing within 30 minutes or less of territory.

Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36.

Years of Experience: Minimum one year of full-time equivalent experience in a supervised setting.

Graduation from an accredited physical therapy program.

Clinician to Patient Ratios: Expectation to achieve 25 units of productivity weekly.

Equipment: Will provide computer, phone, bag, vital sign equipment, etc.

Must have analytical ability sufficient to identify changes in patients’ conditions and to initiate appropriate action.

Type of Patients on Unit: Adult population.

Scrub Color: Any.

Any unacceptable attire: Business-casual.
