Requirements

Experience

24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Trauma Level 1 experience is preferred from any number of months

Experience with Cerner is preferred from any number of months.

Experience with McKesson is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 references from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role

Additional Details:

8-10 days of call per month

50% of holidays on contract is required.

50% of weekends on contract required

Block Schedules: No

Teaching Hospital Experience: Preferred

Preferred: ARRT Advanced Cert./CET, Fluoro Permit

Patient Age Groups: Adults, Geriatrics

Cardiac Interventions, Structural Heart, Impella/IABP/ECMO, EP, Vascular procedures.

Prefererd: Trauma, venous access, ER, 12 Lead EKG, Sinus Node Rhythms

Floating is required and mandatory for all units. All travelers will be expected to float to any area at UMHS as a Patient Observer (PTOB) – “Sitter.”

RTO must be included at time of submittal or will not be approved - no exceptions

Return Travelers: If a traveler takes a break after an assignment and returns within 18 months, re- orientation is not required.

Photo ID card is required.
