Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

12 months of Occupational Therapy experience is required with some in the last 24 months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 reference from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a license

BLS (Required)

Vaccinations

Additional Details:

Scheduling: Expected to work every other weekend, every other holiday where applicable.

Block booking and Schedule patterns are based on department needs.

Nonbillable Orientation hours: 12; Guaranteed hours will not apply during orientation.

Education: Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy required

Current state driver’s license for those providing Driving Evaluations.

Experience: Previous work experience as an Occupational Therapist preferred
