Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Travel experience is required from any number of months.

24 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience is required with some in the last 24 months.

Experience with Meditech is required from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 references from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Texas license or compact license

Additional Details:

Start date no later than 7/14 preferred

Experience with urology/gastric post-op patients preferred

Will be required to work 3 out of 4 weekends each schedule period**

Previous Charge Experience: Preferred

Community Hospital Experience: Required

LTAC Experience: Preferred

Trauma Level I Experience: Preferred

Trauma Level II Experience: Preferred

Patient Ratio Experience: 1:5-6

Number of Weekend Shifts Per Contract: during 6 week schedule period: 3 weekends required

Orientation Hours: 12

Patient Age Groups: Adults, Geriatrics
