Requirements

Experience

24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Travel experience is required from any number of months.

Must have at least 24 months of Intermediate Care Unit experience.

3 months of experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 manager/supervisor references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Oklahoma license or compact license

NIHSS (Preferred)

Vaccinations

Additional Details:

In addition to a valid driver's license, you MUST include a utility bill in your application. The bill must be in your name & match the address on your driver's license (and issued within the last 3 months).

No block scheduling requests & no holiday RTO will be approved.

Cannot have any hits/suspensions on license from any point in the past.

Shift & Scheduling: Every other weekends

Required Skills/Experience: MS/Tele, Telemetry, PCU/DOU/IMC/Stepdown

Preferred Skills/Experience: Neuro Stepdown

Required Credentials: DL or State issued ID

Procedures/Diagnostics/Treatments Performed on Unit: Post surgical care, Cardiac gtts-non titratable, Insulin and Heparin gtt, Bedside procedures using Ketamine (burn care, chest tube, wound care) q2 hour pain dosing, q2 hour respiratory interventions. Frequent assessments/reassessments.

Types of Patients on Unit: Adults

Unit Details: Beds: 22, Daily Census 19

Floating Requirements: to float to other areas – even if that is another Integris facility, up to 75 miles.

Previous Employment Requirements:

Any gaps in traveler’s profile (3 months or more) REQUIRE an explanation listed in the work history- otherwise this will be kicked back to be corrected
Traveler must have a minimum of 1 year separation from INTEGRIS as an employee to be eligible for submission
