Preferred Skills/Experience:

• RNs rated 3-4 in neuro, thoracic, ENT, ortho, general, plastics, urology, GU/GYN, free flaps, and robotics (Da-Vinci).

• Oncology Experience

• Teaching Hospital Experience

• Scrub Gynecology Surgery, Scrub Plastics Surgery, Scrub General Surgery, Scrub ENT Surgery.

Required Credentials: Education must be from an ACEN or CCNE accredited program.

Unit/Facility Details: References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years.

• Pre-Approved Time Off: One Request

• Former employees are eligible for a travel assignment once they have been away from the facility for 6 months or more.

• Current employees are ineligible to be hired as a traveler at any Ohio State University hospital location.

Shift & Scheduling:

• Monday to Friday

• Shift Options: 06:30 - 17:00, 6:30 - 19:00, or 10:30 - 20:30.

• Weekends: As Needed

• Call: Typically, staff sign up for 2-3/4-week schedule period. Depending on her shift, it may be requested to pick up the following calls:

• Evening-1500-2300
• Night 2300-0700
• Weekend 0700-1900, 1900-0700

• This position requires a full-time commitment of 40 hours per week, which may be fulfilled through one of the following schedule options:

• Four 10-hour shifts (4x10s)
• Five 8-hour shifts (5x8s)
• Two 8-hour shifts and two 12-hour shifts (2x8s + 2x12s)
