Previous SNF experience is preferred. Based on the census of the SNF there is potential to float to outpatient, acute care and acute rehab unit.
RTO – Always needs facility approval
2 Supervisor references preferred
Background Policy to be noted prior to submission so we can seek approval prior to offer
Any Permanent Employee must be gone for at least 6 months
