Experience

36 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

12 months of travel experience is required from any number of months.

3 months of experience with Epic is required from any number of months.

Additional Details:

Seasonal Flu Vaccine is required if working during flu season (September 15-April 30th).

Must be fully vaccinated (exemptions are reviewed on a very limited basis).

No Block Scheduling for any Travelers at Salem.

Cardiac Cath Lab/EP - Required

No RCIS

Call Requirement: 7 Call shifts per schedule block (4 weeks), dependent upon staffing (3 of those shifts are a full weekend - Friday, Saturday, & Sunday).

Required:

3+ yrs. of recent experience

PCI experience

Interventional Cardiac experience

Scrub experience

Cath/EP Lab experience

EP Responsibilities: Scrub for device implants, lead revision and ablations.

Patient Population: Adult

Floating Required: Potentially to Interventional Radiology
