Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: Minimum of two (2) years pediatric critical care experience

Preferred Skills/Experience: Critical Care and Emergency/Trauma strongly preferred

Level III or IV NICU experience strongly preferred.

Required Credentials: Successful completion of an accredited Respiratory Therapist Program.

American Association for Respiratory Care (AARC) membership preferred.

Shift & Scheduling: Every other weekend required.

Floating Requirements:

This assignment will float between three campuses:

Main: 1919 East Thomas Road, Phoenix, AZ 85016

Avondale: 1665 North Avondale Boulevard, Avondale, AZ 85392

Arrowhead: 19007 N. 67th Avenue, Glendale, AZ 85308
