Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Travel experience is required from any number of months.

12 months of Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit experience is required with some in the last 24 months.

Experience with Epic is required from last 2 years.

References

Candidates must provide 2 charge/lead references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a New York license

Additional Details:

Shift: Schedule will be 3 x 12s one week and 3 x 12s and an 8H Shift the next, 80H biweekly.

No block schedules for any reason.

Weekend Requirements: every other

Holiday Requirements: yes, every other as needed

Patient Population (Diagnoses): Chronic disease exacerbation, acute infections

Requirements: Charge experience required and will be performing in this capacity regularly.

Public Transportation is NOT accessible in this area, please ensure you have reliable transportation, personal vehicle or rental vehicle are strongly recommended. Vehicles should be equipped with all season or snow tires during the months of November – April.

Scrubs/color: any color professional.
