Requirements

Experience

24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

24 months of Oncology Unit experience is required with some in the last 24 months.

Experience with Cerner is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Maine license or compact license

Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36

Weekend Hours: Every other weekend. Friday/Saturday Nights. Saturday/Sunday Days

Call Requirements: None

Years of Experience: 2-3

Float Requirements: To other floors as census fluctuates

Patient Population: Adult oncology/medical/surgical

Needs to be proficient in end-of-life care.

Preferred Skillset/Experience: Surgical Oncology experience, Charge capable, Preceptor capable once trained

Common Diagnosis/Treatment: Surgical/Cancer
