Required Credentials:
• BLS / ACLS: AHA and Red Cross only - RQI cards not accepted.
• Allied clinicians that do not require a state license in hand must arrive 3 days prior to start for fingerprints.
Unit/Facility Details:
• Parking Cost: Parking permit required, no cost. Will fill out form during orientation.
• Drivers License/State ID: A legible copy of a valid/current US Driver’s license or US ID card.
• References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years.

Shift & Scheduling:
• Weekend Requirement: Will work every third weekend.
• On-Call Requirement: One night a week primary, one night a week secondary.
Floating Requirements: Candidates will float within hospital or to an affiliate hospital/s near by.
