Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Travel experience is preferred from any number of months.

Must have at least 12 months of Critical Care Float Pool experience within the past 12 months.

Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Minnesota license

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: 1 year minimal acute care experience preferably withing critical care.

Preferred Skills/Experience: reference to have Critical Care experience within the past 3 years.

Shift & Scheduling: Variables Day and Night – week rotation On Call/Call Back Requirements: Can be low censused and put on call. Call back minimum is 2 hours Weekend/Holiday Requirements: 2 out of 4 weekends, Every other holiday

Floating Requirements: will float between critical care units - possible float to lower acuity units based on census and need. Float pool requirement from Critical Care, Cardiac ICU and IMC units.
