Requirements

Experience

24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Must have at least 22 months of Intensive Care Unit experience with 12 months within the past 3 years.

Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 reference from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Oregon license

Vaccinations

Additional Details:

References: At least one reference must be from the same unit/specialty as the job you're applying to.

Required Skills/Experience: Must Have: ICU experience. Are RNs required to titrate drips: Yes.

Special Requests: 2 week block schedule made out by management.

Shift & Scheduling: Weekend Requirements: Every other weekend. Holiday Requirements: May be asked to go into the Holiday Rotation if it falls on a regularly scheduled shift.

Floating Requirements: Could be asked to float to IMCU or MS and would be asked to take a full patient assignment; If they have prior ED experience they be asked if they are float to the ED. Could be asked to be helping hands in ER if no ER experience.
