Requirements

Experience

Travel experience is required from any number of months.

36 months of RN First Assist experience is required from last 12 months.

BSN completion required

Trauma Level 2 experience is required from any number of months

Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Wisconsin license or compact license

CRNFA (Required)

Vaccinations

RNFA CVOR

Guaranteed Hours per Week: 40

On Call/Call-Back: On Call/Call-Back: 1 night of call per week, 3 weekends per month, 1 back up per week. Could on occasion need additional call.

Weekend/Holiday: weekends for call. Holiday rotation

CVOR RNFA experience required

Unit Specific skillset: CVOR

RNFA will do the full array of on and off pump CABG, valve replacements, and some robotics cases. Facility used DaVinci. Endovascular vein harvesting negotiable, depending on experience and surgeon approval.
