Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

12 months of travel experience is required from any number of months.

Must have at least 24 months of Occupational Therapy experience.

3 months of experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Additional Details:

PAPR & Fit Testing Requirement: PAPR use is not guaranteed across all departments and must be flagged at submission. All applicants must be willing to shave to pass the mandatory N95 fit test to avoid a rescinded offer.

Required Skills/Experience: 2 to 3 yrs experience in Acute Hospital/ Setting

Required Credentials: Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy

Shift & Scheduling: Monday - Friday

Floating Requirements: Required to float to inpatient rehab/acute bedside
