Resume: Each employment history entry must include all the following: detailed duties, hospital size, unit size, trauma level (if applicable), patient ratio, teaching facility. Any employment gaps greater than 30 days must be explained.
Shift: Can also do Day/Night rotate. Every other weekend and holiday.
Willing to float to other units - i.e.: Tele, MS in the event it is needed. (per union contract, travelers are first to float)
Nurse to patient ratio of this unit: 1:3 mom/baby couplets, 1:5 GYN/Med-Surge patients, 1:3-4 pediatrics
General job duties: Care for postpartum, stable antepartum, pediatric patients, newborns, GYN, Med-Surg overflow and may be 2nd RN in our SCN.
MUST Have:
MUST note in submission if clinician has ever worked for Sanford Health. If clinician previously worked with Sanford, they must have an end date 6 months prior to their submission date.
