12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

12 months of Home Health experience is required with some in the last 24 months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 references from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role

Additional Details:

Preferred Skills & Experience: -One (1) year experience in supervised clinical practice in acute or rehab setting.

-Home Health Experience.

Required Education: -Bachelor’s degree and educational requirements needed to be licensed as Occupational Therapist in New Mexico and meet requirements of Home Health Medicare Conditions of Participation if necessary.

Current driver’s license with current auto insurance. Driving is required and will be assigned work area in one of the following regions (Greater Albuquerque, Rio Rancho/Bernalillo, Valencia County).

M-F, No holidays, weekends or call required.
