Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

18 months of Psychiatric Unit experience is required with some in the last 24 months.

Trauma Level 2 experience is required from the last 2 years

3 months of experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 references from any number of months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a New Hampshire license or compact license

Additional Details:

Recent experience at a level 1 trauma center is required.

No block scheduling.

06/23 or 07/07 Start Date

Inpatient Adult Psychiatric Unit

Must have Current CPI Training and be willing to float between adult and adolescent units.

PT Centered Care driven.

RNs must have experience with IEA/Involuntary status with higher acuity patients.

AVADE trained mandatory.

Restraint Chair Exp preferred.

Team approach Nursing.

Schedules are about 4-6 weeks out.
