Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

12 months of travel experience is required from any number of months.

Must have at least 24 months of Pediatric Ambulatory Clinic experience.

References

Candidates must provide 2 references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Georgia license or compact license

PALS (Required)

Vaccinations

Unit / Facility Details: Outpatient Setting

Special Requests: Must be up to date on current COVID 19 vaccine requirements. Must be before start of assignment.

Nicotine Free Facilities- Negative Drug test w/ Nicotine required.

Shift & Scheduling: On-Call: No

Floating Requirement: Predominantly will be working in Adolescent Medicine, Autism Clinic and Asthma Clinic however subspecialty clinics rotate daily.
