12 months of role experience is required from last 3 months.

3 months of experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 charge/lead references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Additional Details:

Need Cath lab experience but department is a heavy IR lab, so they would need to be able to support simple procedures such as Paracentesis, Thoracentesis, Line placements.

Plus on call nights/ weekends, rotating with current staff.

Special Procedures: Biopsies, CVC, PICC, tunneled HD catheters, Post placements, fistulograms, angiograms, paracentesis, thoracentesis, drain placements, ureteral stents, nephrostomy tubes, thrombectomies, thrombolysis, Y-90 treatments, embolization's, ,

Cath Lab: Diagnostic and Interventions, IABP, IVUS, and IMPELLA

RTO - All time off must be included at the time of submission, RTO CANNOT be added after submittal

Northwestern Medicine AND any of its acquired facilities MUST be included on employment history.
