Requirements

Experience

24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

9 months of Neonatal Intensive Care Unit experience is required with some in the last 24 months.

3 months of experience with Meditech is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Utah license or compact license

BLS (Required)

NRP (Required)

Additional Details:

Must have at least 9 months of same unit experience in the past 12 months, no exceptions.

EMR: Meditech and Neo Notes

On Call Requirements: Voluntary

Weekend Requirements: 4 weekend shifts/month. Self-scheduling of the 4 shifts.

Must have skills/experience:

-Ventilator management of newborns. Level 3 Skills. High Frequency Ventilators. (required)

-High risk delivery experience (preferable)

-Must have Level 3 experience.

Patient Ratios: Ventilator Patient 1:1/ CPAP and HF 1:2/ All other pts 1:3

Scrub Color/Attire: Scrubs provided at work site.
