Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Must have at least 24 months of Rehabilitation Unit experience within the past 12 months.

ADN completion required

Experience with Cerner is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Kentucky license or compact license

Additional Details:

Previous Employment Requirements: A minimum of 1 year acute care experience is required to work in acute care facilities. The following are considered acute care facilities: Hospital (General Acute Care as well as Psychiatric, Specialized and Rehabilitation Hospitals, and Long Term Acute Care or LTAC), and Ambulatory Care Facilities.

Required Skills/Experience: 1-2 years Hospital experience

Preferred Skills/Experience: Rehab Experience

Procedures/Diagnostics/Treatments Performed on Unit: Amputee, stroke, hip and knee replacement

Patient Population: Age 18 years and older

Equipment Used on Unit: On site- EKG machine, bladder scanner

Unit/Facility Details:

Number of Beds: 14 or 12 bed unit

Parking: Park on the outer perimeter of the building. Do not park in the front spaces as theses are designed for our patients and or families
