Requirements
Experience
12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
Travel experience is required from any number of months.
Must have at least 60 months of Case Management experience.
BSN completion required
3 months of experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.
References
Candidates must provide 2 manager/supervisor references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a Washington license or compact license
Certifications
BLS (Required)
Vaccinations
COVID vaccination required. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

Required Skills/Experience:

Experience with above patients

Case management and discharge planning, strong assessment skills, ability to discharge homeless patients and discharge patients to the next level of care to SNF, IP, LTAC, Shelter, Assisted Living Facility, Medicare/Medicaid patients.

Required Credentials: Diploma

Types of Patients on Unit: Travelers will care for patients in NICU, pediatric, ER, MedSurg, Tele, Oncology, and ICU. No L&D
