Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

12 months of travel experience is preferred from any number of months.

24 months of Cardiovascular Operating Room experience is required with some in the last 24 months.

3 months of experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 references from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must have a Connecticut license

Additional Details:

Block Schedules: No

2x12s & 2x8 hour shifts 7a-3:30p or 10:45a-7:15p

First-timers accepted: Yes

Weekend REQ: Two 24 hour calls per schedule

Is on-call REQ? 2 calls per M-F week (either 7p-11p or 7p-7a) with 1 day per week available to stay late.

RTO greater than 7 days requires approval

Patient Age Groups: Adults, Geriatrics

Special Procedures/Unit Details: Required - cardiac experience required in both circulating and scrubbing cardiac cases

Still sub 1.5 Yrs if Level I or travel exp
