Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Must have at least 24 months of Palliative Care Unit experience.

Experience with Epic is required from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Wisconsin license or compact license

Certifications

BLS (Required)

Vaccinations

Required Skills/Experience: 2 years MS experience

Med/Surg skill set required

Preferred Skills/Experience: Palliative Care Experience

Experience in Palliative Care/Hospice would be helpful

Required Credentials: Associate Degree or Certificate

Procedures/Diagnostics/Treatments Performed on Unit: Primary Cases: Palliative, Comfort/Hospice, Med/Surg

Unit/Facility Details: 10 bed unit

Shift & Scheduling: Days and Nights

Every Other Weekend

Every Other Holiday

Floating Requirements: To any inpatient unit and to other Central region locations if needed.
