Experience
24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
3 months of travel experience is required from any number of months.
Experience with Cerner is required from any number of months.
References
Candidates must provide 2 manager/supervisor references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Additional Details:

References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years.

Manager may or may not interview. Clinician must be okay with this. If Clinician has questions, please email the AM.

On Call/Weekend Requirement: No on call requirement, every other weekend required; holiday coverage expected

Requirements: 2 years of experience as an RRT in Adult Critical Care

Skills Required for success: Airway Management Devices/Suctioning, Albuterol, Atrovent, Combivent, Flovent, Inhaled steroids, Isuprel, Lidocaine, Perforomist, Pulmicort, Racemic epinephrine, Spiriva, Terbutaline Sulfate, Tobramycin, Xopenex, Aerosol set up mask, Aerosol set up trach, Medihaler, Metered dose inhaler, Nebulizer, High Flow Nasal Cannula (HFNC), Trach collar, BiPAP, CPAP, Troubleshooting high pressure alarms, Weaning from mechanical ventilation, Assist in high risk delivery, Umbilical blood gases, Draeger V500, Draeger VN500, Servo U, Comfortable drawing and analyzing ABGs, Cerner (Skills Preferred: Bronchoscopy, Bicarbonate, Inhaled Flolan, Ketamine, Mucomyst, Nitric Oxide (INo), Theophylline)

Experience Preferred: Previous Charge; Teaching Hospital; Trauma Level I and II

Community Hospital Experience: Required

Float Required: Yes; Note: expected to work in all adult areas.
