Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Must have at least 24 months of Interventional Radiology experience.

Trauma Level 1 experience is preferred from any number of months

References

Candidates must provide 2 references from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role

Additional Details:

Nurses Only - BMC does not have telemetry technicians. Candidates are required to take and pass an advanced Dysrhythmia exam after an offer is extended and before accepting. 3 attempts to pass. Passing score is an 80% or the minimum of the angoff score. Will accept a previously completed exam if it's within 1 year of start date. Will also take a tele test day 1 of orientation.

Prefer 1 reference from last travel assignment. Supervisor title not accepted.

Shift & Scheduling: 40hr Days, combination of 8s, 10s, and 12s - no set day off, On call nights/weekends/1 major holiday (1 night/week and 1 weekend per schedule period) Thirty (30) minute call back time (on call rooms available if required)

Required Skills/Experience: Neuro IR/ stroke experience and must be able to read tele

Required Credentials: Pass Tele test on day 1 with 85% or better.

Preferred Skills/Experience: Critical Care, Neuro IR

Unit Details: Department has 5 procedure rooms total, CT/US procedures with 12-16 cases daily and average patient ratio 1:1 but can see 6-7 patients per day.
